Dennis enjoyed a 20 year successful career at Brookfield, where he was responsible for $17B in M&A, asset acquisition and disposition activity during his tenure as Global CEO of Brookfield’s office platform.
TKF Real Estate Founding Principal set strategic direction and drove the business plan for one of the largest global property portfolios comprising 215 properties totaling 105 million square feet.
TKF Real Estate offers intensive, “hands-on” Principal involvement and dedication to joint venture partnerships.
Will couple focused investment strategy with the experience to execute on “bottom-up” asset level plans which is critical to generate superior returns at this point in the real estate cycle.
